With the modernization of football in Brazil, lots of platforms are buying the rights of the championships. With this, fans are having a problem, they never know where to watch the game of their favorite club live.
To solve that, in partnership with Claro TV+, we created the Fan Remote, the first remote control with a dedicated button that automatically finds and tunes into Corinthians’ match, no matter the platform.
To launch it, we used social listening to find real fans posting "Where’s the game on?" on Corinthians’ social channels. Instead of replying with a link, we replied with a real product. Their reactions became the heart of our launch story, creating an experience that fans could not only watch but live.
